Megan Sledge
Hair has been Megan's calling since childhood — she just couldn't explain it. What she could do was turn that passion into a career, which she did starting in 2009 when she was still a teenager. Her training took her to the prestigious Vidal Sassoon and Aveda institutes in San Francisco and New York, where she built the strong technical foundation that still guides her work today.
Megan stays sharp by attending advanced education seminars every year, always keeping up with the latest trends and techniques. But her real superpower is connection. She works with a realistic, collaborative approach — helping clients figure out not just what they want right now, but what will work best for their life, long-term.
Beyond the salon, Megan is a mom to three kids who inspire her every day. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her cooking, hiking, or happily wrangling her family alongside her husband.

Joel Pisani
Joel's path to hair started with his sister — an inspirational presence who introduced him to styling and sparked something that never went away. He pursued an apprenticeship under an Aveda Master, went on to advanced education in color and cutting at Aveda's school, and has spent over eleven years behind the chair building something truly his own.
Joel's business is built on friendship. He intentionally keeps his client list small so he can stay creative, consistent, and fully present for each person who sits in his chair. That philosophy has earned him a reputation for exceptional everyday cut and color, bridal styling, and music video work.

Raquel (Rocky) Berlanga Rojas
Rocky is a Marin County native who knew she wanted to work in hair before she even finished high school — she walked straight from graduation into beauty school and never looked back.
With over 20 years of experience, Rocky has built a loyal following and a well-earned specialty: curly hair. About 90% of her clients are curly-haired, and she brings natural enthusiasm and genuine warmth to every single one of them. She takes the time to understand each client's personality and lifestyle, designing looks that feel as good as they look.
Rocky is a recipient of Pacific Sun magazine's Best of Marin award (2021). When she's not in the salon, she's chasing after three boys and staying active in the community she loves.
